近來越來越受歡迎的特技健身道具－空中環，是運用鋼製的圓環，在環中做出延伸、彎折、翻滾、擺盪、旋轉…等串連動作。要在空間有限的鋼環上做出各種動作，除了協調性與強大的肌力之外，更重要的就是柔軟度了，不管是柔軟的身體 (可以折來折去)，還要有一顆柔軟的心 (覺得好痛的時候用輕鬆的態度來面對)。

如果你想要挑戰有意思、充滿成就感的空中特技，那麼環也是很好的入門喔！
